I have a pop up on my iphone 11. "Cannot Verify Server Identity - The identity of "creativesupportplat.ml" cannot be verified". I have tried clearing cache, rebooting phone, deleting any unusual apps, etc. and unfortunately it is still there. Any ideas on how to remove this other than resetting my phone completely?

You are able to enable the Block Pop-ups setting for Safari and see if that helps. If it is isolated to a few websites it may be cookie related.
Do you still receive this pop up if you Block All Cookies?
"Go to Settings 
> Safari, then turn on Block Pop-ups."
Hide ads and distractions in Safari on iPhone
"To choose whether Safari blocks cookies, tap Settings > Safari, then turn on Block All Cookies."
Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Does it change depending on if you are using Wi-Fi or cellular data?
Are you using Safari or another browser or the Mail app?

Thank you. This has popped up randomly when I am viewing my hotmail or gmail accounts and Facebook is what I have noticed thus far.
Doesn't change with wi-fi or cell data
Using safari as browser. I have cleared by browsing history etc on safari.

I have the same problem even after a reset; it happens using any app (safari, gmail, entertainment apps, game apps).
