apple card dispute team is so bad, I went back to AMEX

Does anyone agree that the Apple Card dispute team needs to be revamped from top-to-bottom.

My experiences since the card opened have been terrible. So much so, that today I went back to Amex.

Goldman Sachs Apple Card has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have been working with them on a dispute for 3 months and each time I contact them they have a different story. I also have to start from the very beginning each time.

They finally sent me an email that it was resolved in my favor and then reversed it 12 days later saying that the merchant refunded me. There was no refund. By the way, Goldman has all of the transactions to prove it. Yet, they can't figure it out.


Even if I get this resolved I will cancel this card.

Hi, my experiences with the Apple Card support team at Goldman Sachs have always been good. I also have American Express Cards and I find their support team to be very good as well. I use my Apple Card where it offers the best return/rewards and my American Express cards where they offer a more favorable reward or cash back. Good luck in resolving your dispute.
