What do I use instead of safari with windows?

You could use Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Firefox, and many others. A majority of these browsers will be able to sync back to your devices as long as you are using that browser on your devices. You will also be able to export your bookmarks and password to that browser.

You can use google chrome or some other browser, but Apple no longer makes a browser for Windows.
