- Check your Recently Deleted folder

- Make sure that iCloud Photos is turned on

- Sign in with the same Apple ID

- Unhide your photos

If you were not using iCloud photos to sync your photographs then they may still be stored on another device or as part of a backup. You can restore the backup ( https://support.apple.com/HT204184 ) to recover the photos but doing this will require erasing your device and restoring everything back to the time when you made that backup.

If you weren't syncing the data to iCloud, do you have a backup you can restore from? Restoring from a backup erases all data currently on your device. Any data newer than when the backup was made will be erased. A restore is an all or nothing restore. You can't access a backup to see the contents and only restore certain files.
