Settings app on iphone8

after a recent update to ios 14.8, the settings app was no longer on my home screen. I found it in the app library, but how do restore it to the home screen?

Settings app missing ios 15.3.1 The settings app disappeared from my partner’s iphone SE (the old, old one) a while back. I’ve seen a few suggestions of a fix involving resetting the Home Screen in the settings app (which I can locate with the finder) but the option doesn’t seem to be available in this version of iOS. I can only get to an option to reset the whole phone. Any help appreciated, thanks.

lost settings app on my iPhone 11 and can not find settings in app store I lost the settings app on my iPhone 11. Checking the internet, I was told to download the app from the app store. I could not figure out what app to download.

If it is in the App Library Touch, Hold and Drag the icon to Home Screen. That's it.

I somehow, mistakenly deleted my settings app and need help getting it back.
