Voicemail Locked

Hey! In regards to a voicemail box being locked, who can I be referred to so that they can unlock it?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Change your voicemail password: Go to Settings > Phone > Change Voicemail Password, then enter the new password.
If you forgot your voicemail password, contact your wireless carrier.

VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
