All the instructions say to hold your finger on a text until you get a selection of options that include the word "more". I don't get that. Any other way to copy and send a whole text conversation? Thanks.

Only two ways:
Take screen shots of the entire thread
Long-press on any messages and tap "more" from the resultant menu. Then select each individual message, copy and paste into a text document (it will be unformatted without returns, etc.
If it were me, I would make sure that the OS is updated to the latest version (15.1) and restart the phone.

The problem is that I've read I should be getting that selection of possibilities but I'm not.
You're not understanding that when I long press I don't get the menu everyone thinks I should get!!
