In mac after installing Monterey OS few times on restarting machine not displaying Top Menu bar.Please provide the solution for this

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.14

For Intel machines: Use macOS Recovery on an Intel-based Mac - Apple Support

I'm guessing at the CPU since your data shows OS 10.14

My solution would be to reinstall the OS from the Recovery Panel.
