Between İphone 12 and 13

I want to buy İphone 13 which costs 11.999 TL in my country but I can't find one to buy.Stocks are empty.İphone 12 costs 10.200 TL approx.And An increase in the prices are expected in iPhones .Do you think I should buy 12 instead of 13.And do you think this price difference is worth ?If I wait for 13 ,maybe prices will go up including 12.What do you think I should do?

and then decide if the additional cost is worth it.
