I was using my phone then it went to a black screen I cannot power it off or reset I can not exit out of this and I don’t know what to do. I unlock my phone and then its just like this

Try a Forced Restart:

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
