My AirPod Pro's used to skip songs when I would double click the right pod, now it changes the Noise Control when I double click. Im not sure how this changed, but I know you can change the Press and hold options in Settings, but i can't find where I can change the double click options.
When the AirPods are connected to your iPhone
Go to on your iPhone>Settings>Bluetooth>find your AirPods and click the ! on the right
