Please is there any way I can check who added my debit card to APPLE.COM/BILL or see what was purchased and which Apple ID was used?
This is the 3rd time I’m receiving a bill from Apple.com and I have no idea who is doing this.

You should probably contact your bank, cancel your card, and get a new one.
Neither is going to happen
I’ve done that already, I didn’t see any bill any purchases from my Apple ID, that simply means someone added my debit card to his/her Apple ID and I have no idea who this person is.
I really want to catch this person I wish I could be able to find out the Apple ID used to make the purchase.
