Hi need help with storage issue please

I recently replaced a damaged phone and when I activated my new phone it appears the extra storage I was paying for is gone. Now I’m unable to download all of my Apps.

Cloud storage has nothing to do with local storage.


Cloud storage is tied to your Apple ID, not a specific device.


If the new phone has a smaller capacity than the one you're replacing, you may not have enough local storage to restore your backup or install everything you had on the old phone.
