Hi, Sparkle520. If you're referring to HomeKit accessories, and adding those via a QR code; the Apple Watch wouldn't be a HomeKit accessory. Those QR codes are found on compatible "smart" devices, such as light switches, light bulbs, and many other accessories. For more information, check out this article:
