App Store Problems

So my 8 ball pool app was running slow and wouldn’t work. It was updated and everything but, it still wasn’t working. So I deleted so I could redownload it thinking that would help. Well, when I try and redownload the 8 ball pool app it makes me type in my apple password and then brings up a loading screen that just sits there loading and loading. At first I thought it was the App Store but, when I try to download another random app, it did it no problem and used the Face ID. 8 ball pool app is the only app it does this with and I can’t figure out how to fix it. I’ve tried signing out of the App Store and signing back in and it still does the same thing. My require password is turned off also.
