Unable to add payment method I am in India. Due to central bank regulation recurring payment was disabled for some time. So I was using apple wallet top up for the purchase. My earlier card expired. I can't add any other card as three new Visa payment methods were declined. No options of netbanking or UPI payment shows up. The help section on Apple website mentions Netbanking and UPI for India.

Add the card to your Apple ID payment methods - Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support and Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support
