You have several options to send the screenshot. If you use the "Text Message Forwarding" feature with your Mac and iPhone you can send it directly from the Messages app on your Mac. If you use iCloud Photos, you can place the screenshot in your Photos app by dragging and dropping it to the Photos app. Then you can send it from your iPhone: Access and view iCloud Photos on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
