This might sound like a silly question, and I apologize for the same. However, my mac is not working at all, and I wanted to create a bootable USB using the DMG file for macOS Catalina. But I only have access to a Windows 10 PC. How can I download the macOS Catalina DMG on Windows 10 PC so that I can prepare a bootable USB using BalenaEtcher?

Not even some Third Party Windows Application purported to make a macOS Bootable Installer will work
Besides - the Only way to get the Full Installer of any version of macOS Requires and Apple Computer, An Apple ID and access to the Apple Store on older versions of macOS or Apple Apps Store on Mojave and above versions of macOS.
FWIW, there is no Catalina .dmg file.
