Discover how to 'Check your Apple ID device list to see where you‘re signed in'

click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT205064

- Learn which devices appear in your Apple ID device list, how to see your device's details, and how to remove a device, if necessary.

- Special section at the end on how to "Permanently remove a device from your account page"

If you also have an Iphone, I recommend you go to settings > then press your name on top > on the bottom of your screen you will find every device connected to your Apple ID. If you then press the device you want to be removed you will find a button on the bottom of your screen that says "Remove from account".

Normally that should do it.
