Is Apple working on a Graphite Stainless Steel Case GPS ONLY version or is it only the duel version on the market?

We are not Apple so we have no clue what Apple is working on, however, it seems highly unlikely. Stainless watches are appreciably more expensive than the Aluminum versions and as Branta_uk suggests have always come in GPS+ Cellular. You don't have use the Cellular ability of a watch you buy. It work as a GPS only version if you chose to not activate and pay for cellular service on the watch.
