Pro Video Formats 2.2.2 Update fails, "Must Be an Owner" (Monterey)

I updated my M1 Mini to Monterey this week and

after all was said and done Software Update comes up with an update to

"Pro Video Formats 2.2.2. When I try to install it it fails and reports I

"need to be an owner".

Owner of what? There is only the one user account and that is me as the

Admin. I have Final Cut if that is what this pertains to.

I acknowledge it and then unclick the update and it goes away until I close the window and it reappears.

Any ideas?
