No option to add vaccine record to wallet

iPhone 12Pro iOS 15.02

While adding vaccine record from CA QR code there is no option to save to wallet (only save to health app, which was chosen). From health app there is no option to add vaccine record to wallet, only copy text.

What is the exact process with pictures?

Does it just pop up?

Is there a hidden menu?

Do you have to swipe left/right/up:/down?

Is there a special setting needed? (health record already enabled and vaccine status already available in health app, but of course there was no option to add to wallet).

Does this require deleting the health record and adding from QR gain after (record added from15.02)?

Does this require factory reset and reinstall?

or is this simply broken without recourse or explanation?

Thank you so much!

I assumed that I was fully updated (I was able to get info on current version), but apparently automatic update doesn’t, and my forced update silently failed, and after failure there is no notification visible that a new update (that failed) is available even when checking iOS version.

I guess it’s time to reboot force reinstall and pray.

We have that same problem. On my iPhone X with IOS 15.1 it worked seamlessly, putting the Ca DOH file in Apple Health and Wallet. On our iPhone 13, with IOS 15.1.1 no such option.
