Just this week, out of nowhere, my apple watch has started notifying me when i receive an email to my work Outlook email address. I'm assuming it came with the IOS 15, but it will not turn off. I've turned off notifications both from the iphone>settings>notifications, and the apple watch app. Any suggestions? It's driving me nuts!

I had this same issue happen to me just recently. I do not have outlook installed on my watch, but would still receive notifications, oddly enough, only when my phone was locked. The fix I found is as follows:
This allows notification to remain on your phone while turning off the ghost notifications on your watch. Hope this helps.

I may have figured out how to resolve this issue. You have to go into the physical Outlook apps settings and select Mail Notifications. Here are the steps I followed to turn off notifications.

Have you changed it from iPhone>Watch>Mail>Custom>your outlook account>Show Alerts from>Toggle off
Firstly, update your IOS and WatchOS to latest version. Then go to Watch App from your iPhone > Notifications > Scroll down to Mirror iPhone Alerts From and disable outlook option.
Check, if you add outlook into your Mail app. If yes remove them.
I did find Outlook under the section "Installed on Apple Watch", so I uninstalled it and it think it's working.

Do you have the outlook app installed?
It could be coming from there and not the Mail app.
This is still an issue and the suggested solve removes ALL notifications, including on the phone (which obviously we still want). As someone who gets about an email a minute at work (I don't have to reply to most of them, they're for context/CYA), this has all but made my watch unusable.
I’m having same issue with Outlook notifications on Apple Watch. None of the solutions mentioned here have worked for me. Deleted Outlook from Watch and still getting notifications.
I don't have those options...when i go to iPhone>Watch>Mail> I've already changed it from "mirror my iphone" to "Custom" and "Notifications off" is checked. However, I think this is for my gmail account. I don't have a place to select "Outlook"
Will that still allow me to get normal outlook notifications on my phone? I’d like it to be how it was before the iOS install. I get notifications/alerts on my phone from outlook and nothing on my watch.
This doesn’t work for me because outlook isn’t an option to turn off notifications on my watch or mirror iPhone. I’ve installed it and uninstalled it. Doesn’t make a difference. Still get notifications and if I turn it off on the outlook app on my iPhone I will won’t get any notifications. This is an Apple Watch os8.3 glitch.
I’m having the same issue, outlook is not installed on my watch at all. It is also not an option under the ‘mirror my phone’ section in the notification tabs so there’s no way to turn it off. It’s extremely irritating throughout the day.
Yes still an issue for me and I’m surprised there are not more people complaining. I thought the update a few days ago was going to help but it didn’t. I don’t wear my watch anymore. I may try to go to the store. When I called support they said it was a known issue but nothing been done.
