Zoom may not be supported on your browser

Need troubleshooting for class member. Class held in Zoom mtg. To get into the mtg, members go to our website & click a link to pop into the Zoom meeting. Works perfectly for hundreds. They do not need the passcode - our link gets them right into the mtg. One iPad user gets a Zoom may not be supported on your browser message. Nothing happens when he clicks on launch meeting. He is using an updated Zoom version. 5th generation iPad, software 14.7

Any suggestions?
