Tickets missing in Wallet

I have a season ticket in my wallet and when I last looked it has disappeared. How do I get it back?????

I understand you stated this is a season ticket, but are you aware if a different ticket or scan code is provided for each event within the season, or do you use the same ticket each time? If you use the same ticket each time, let's check to see if there may have been an expiration date on the ticket, which could have moved the ticket to the expired passes section. If you need help with this, take a look at the section labeled "Expired passes" of the following resource:


Remove passes from Apple Wallet


If you see that the tickets haven't been moved over to your expired section, we'd recommend looking to add the tickets back to your Apple Wallet. For help with that, let's use the steps of the following resource for help with attempting to add the ticket back to your Wallet.


Add, use, and share boarding passes, tickets, and other passes in Apple Wallet


If you still have an issue with adding the ticket, we'd recommend that you Contact Apple Support for additional help with this.
