How can I unlock my iPhone Xs from Verizon?

This iPhone XS was a GSM iPhone that I had bought from Apple in Los Cerritos mall in 2019 and activated with Total wireless which was on T-mobile's network. I then went to Verizon got a sim and started service after porting from Total Wireless. then went to Ting mobile again on the T-Mobile network but a much better rate BUT Verizon locked my apple iPhone Xs now Can you help me unlock this device for me? You tube is confusing and full of scams, don't trust em so I'm going to reach out to Apple support now.
