Troubleshooting iPhone Storage:

Internal storage cannot be upgraded. It is what it is. So, internal storage never changes, even if you upgraded your iCloud plan.

So, what to do:

Clear Space:

B. Clean TV and Music Libraries:

I don't know if this is what you want but I have an iPhone 6 Plus with 16 GB of storage. Today I bought a little 128GB USB drive on Facebook Marketplace for $10 that had a normal USB connector at one end and a tiny connector on the other that plugs into the charging port of my iPhone. It is recognized by the iPhone 6 Plus as storage.

You can’t purchase more storage for any iPhone. It will never have more than it did when you bought it.
