Despite all sounds on my telephone appearing to work OK, I get no ring tone for either my normal cell phone number OR for my WhatsApp calls. I can find nothing in settings tro alter this. I am running IOS 15

I just feel an idiot for not checking the most obvious first. I have a phone case with a magnetic disc which precludes wireless charging. I take this off every night and I must inadvertently toggle the switch. I’m aware of the issue

Thanks for connecting with us here in Apple Support Communities. We understand that your iPhone isn't ringing. The first thing you'll want to do is to check that the Ring/Silent switch isn't showing an orange color on the side of your device. Check out the link below.
