To get Apple Music you can go onto any of your devices or go to this link: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204930

You will then be asked to sign in to your Apple ID on the device that it has redirected you too unless you have already signed in on that devices.

If you currently do not have an Apple ID go to this link: https://appleid.apple.com and create an account.
