My Screen Time
So my parents have installed limited screen time on my phone, I woke up this morning to 6+ hours already used on Instagram. But I only have a 7 hour limit. How can I fix this?

You can’t fix that. It was probably running in the background on your phone. You should be able to fix that by 1. Turning off background app refresh and 2. Swiping out of the app before bed.
