I can'tdelete apps from my home or my library screen, I have an apple 6s. It just only allows me to switch form home to library or back ... I need to get rid of stuff but it won't let me. Now my storage is full and it's really annoying.

Simply long-touch (about 2 seconds should work) on your Home Screen, all the icons should start to shake and show a (-) button. Simply tap the button to delete the icon and its associated app.

Try turning off Screen Time.
