I have note that I have added 16 cards to walled and can’t add more, but there is no any card added. Was one, I have deleted it because suddenly it became unavailable. So now I can’t use Apple Pay

Taken in combo, the Wallet issue and an inability to update would tend to point towards a possible hardware issue. Your best option at this point will be to reach out to Apple Support so that a diagnostic can be run in order to determine the best path forward.

Hi! I can’t update my iPhone to latest version, some issue, that I don’t have internet connection but I have it. So update can’t be done. So your answer does not work. Also I don’t have any other device to connect and save there info to reset my phone.
