I'm trying to unsubscribe from RoboKiller

I had wanted to cancel RoboKiller- I had a year subscription which I clicked on by accident and I want to cancel it. I tried going into settings and subscriptions, but there was no option to unsubscribe for this app. I had deleted the app from my devices but it still continues to block all calls, so I never know when someone other than my contacts calls. I find this app more of a hindrance than a help, since many people have told me they tried to call but it didn’t go through. How can I get rid of the app?

See the following from their support site: https://support.robokiller.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027065591-How-can-I-disable-RoboKiller-on-my-iPhone-or-Android-device-

To stop the billing from repeating next year you also need to cancel the subscription -- try doing that again as described in How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

and also see the following from that link:

If you cancel a paid subscription, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.

You may want to also try the following: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
