My daughter disabled her iPhone XR and it’s stating that she needs to connect to iTunes
My daughter disabled her iPhone XR after several attempts if using the wrong password. It states connect to iTunes which she can’t on her computer.

Why can't she connect it to iTunes on her computer?
You can always take it to an Apple store and use one of theirs to restore?
