Apple TV+ Streaming low resolution on PC browser (Windows 11)

I enabled the PlayReady DRM for Windows 10 flag on edge but it did not help.

It looks like the quality of the video on apple tv+ is less than 720p

did anyone find a solution?

Thanks.

Same problem here!

4K ultrawide screen and I can't get Apple TV+ to play anything above what looks like 720p.

Tried multiple browsers and have switched on Widevine and PlayReady yet still looks shockingly bad, really disappointed with this experience so far!

Hey. Sorry but I forgot to update that I had 3 calls with apple support about this issue and they didn’t have a clue what is supported or not. This shows Apple not showing any professionalism in this area.

the first employee asked me to reinstall the app. Told her I’m on windows. And she kept persisting I had to reinstall. When I asked to be transferred to her manager she told me she was it…….

let me say that I cancelled my subscription and use alternative sources to watch the content in 4K on all of my devices. Apple or not. Problem solved.
