Will I get 3% discount buying an Apple Watch with Apple Card?
If I apply credit card from Apple, using it to purchase Apple Watch at Apple store, will I get 3% discount ?

Its not a discount. You get 3% money back to your Apple cash. You get 3% of the price of the watch added to your Apple Cash account. The price of the watch you need to pay will remain the same.
Also, you need to be a U.S. citizen or legal resident to apply for an Apple Card.
