My screen goes all fuzzy and green when I shutdown my Macbook Pro

I dont know if this is just a bug but I am a hundred percent sure that this is not a hardware problem. My macbook pro started having this weird green fuzzy screen when I shut down. It turns back on normally whenever I turn it on and I dont experience it while using my Macbook Pro.

Everything runs fine when it is on but now also when I go to log in to my computer after turning it back on, the screen is just black with the passcode part and my keyboard lights aren't turning on. Macbook pro screen goes green I have a problem with my Macbook Pro (model a1706). When I turn it on it boots normally and finishes the progress bar. After that the screen just goes fully green for about 10 seconds and then it keeps restarting over and over again. I have tried first aid in disk utility and resetting SMC and NVRAM, also have tried reinstalled macOS. I only can use it in safe mode. What should I do?

MacBook Pro Screen Jagged Border When Shutdown My mid-2014 MacBook Pro 13 inch screen has a cloudy, somewhat jagged edge on all four edges of the display when the computer is completely shutdown. When the computer is on, the screen appears normal and fully usable. Is the screen delaminating? Or something else? I apologize for the picture but since the screen is so reflective I couldn't find an angle that didn't include something. :-)

I forgot to mention. This started happening after I upgraded to Monterey
