I forgot my password for my macbook pro

I forgot my password to my MacBook pro, can't even log on because I changed it recently but forgot.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14

If you forgot the user password, see if anything here helps.

User Password Reset. -

User Password Reset (2). -

User Password Reset – Apple ID. -

If you can't reset your Mac login password *

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
