iPhone 7 reset option not sow about sections

Thanks for posting. It's important to make sure you have your Settings operating as expected. It looks like you already reviewed the Lists of available trusted root certificates in iOS. We'd like to see if we can assist.

For verification, have you ever installed a profile on your device or enrolled Mobile Device Management? Generally, you should see that option under Settings > General > About, and we note it does not appear in your screenshot.

Also, do you have Screen Time on under Settings > Screen Time? If so, is it set up as your device, or is it managed from another device as part of Family Sharing?

As another possibility, have you tried restarting to see if this makes a difference? Restart your iPhone
