serial number not showing
My iphone 7 's serial number is not showing when punch in code for checking it and also there is no service on my phone. What is the problem
There is no code to show the serial number. I suspect you are keying *#06# into the phone app, which should display the IMEI rather than the serial number.
You should be able to see the serial number in Settings/General/About. A failure to display IMEI and/or Serial number suggests a possible hardware problem (or software). Start with a Forced Reset to eliminate software lock-ups, Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If this doesn't solve your problems please contact Apple Support and arrange to get your iPhone examined by Apple.
