sorry of this is a simple question but I am very confused about ICloud storage.

how do I access the actual ICloud storage itself as in to delete old apps/unused photos etc?

when I fully delete an app or photo does this automatically get deleted from iCloud?

it’s saying my iCloud storage is full but I am sure what in there is old items

i am really confused
