Computer shut down on its own and will not start up

Computer shut down by itself. It will not power up. It acts like it’s getting no power at all. I push the power button 10 seconds tried to restart. I unplugged the computer cord from the computer itself waited 30 seconds placed it back in and try to power up a result. Any other options?
