i don't understand why i don't get push notifications and sound when i get a message

I am not receiving push messages from all apps Hello! I stopped receiving push notifications from all apps. Did a network reset. Updated through itunes to the latest firmware. Notifications are still not coming.

If you already enabled Telegram notifications in Settings>Notifications and inside that app settings to no avail, contact Telegram support team and ask them:--> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
