I am using the 3rd generation Apple TV box. When I try to connect it to the Wi-Fi network that I distribute from my iPhone 11, a network connection error occurs (-100).

Can you help in solving this problem?

·      Unplug Modem from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.

·      Unplug Router from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.

·      Unplug Apple TV from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in and retest the system.
