Bluetooth connection with headset shuts down all the time after upgrade to Monterey

How to resolve the problem?

The following worked for me:

Disable & remove Bluetooth headphone from list of devices. While you’re at it, you may want to do the same for any other Bluetooth or even Wi-Fi connections. Shut down your Mac, not a restart. Start up again. Connect BT devices, etc. Hope this helps
