Ghost touch

How do I stop ghost touch it’s really bad it clicks on random apps I can’t do anything I have tried loads of things such as resetting the phone and the screen solution but nothing helps it makes it worse and my phone is a I phone xr

“Ghost touch” Is there anyway to stop the phone from going crazy. If I’m scrolling through social media it will click on links by its self, sometimes it closes out and opens a new app randomly. I’ve reset my phone took the case of and basically have done everything and it still does it.

Ghost Touch So my phone has been acting up a lot lately its moving on its own ; as if someone is moving the screen. It has gotten so bad to the point that I can't even use my phone properly anymore. It clicks random things on the screen and and I don't know how to fix it. I have the iPhone X and I've tried almost everything to try to stop it from doing it but it won't stop it has only gotten worse. This has been the case for about 4 months or so I am not sure, but it is really annoying since I can't even use my phone. What do you think I should do?
