forgot iphone12 mini passcode

I changed my lock screen passcode to my iPhone 12 mini while I was barely awake and I didn't realize I was already finished with confirming the new passcode and I don't have the slightest clue what numbers I put I just need back into my phone I know the previous passcode I know my iCloud password I have my phone linked to my iPad but here is another complication my phone service just last month got shut off so I can't use my number on my account at all.
