I was using the apple tv remote on my iphone 12 pro max and now it is stuck in that screen. It will not allow me to restart my phone, clear out of the screen. Siri does not work. I ended up calling 911 cause of holding the volume buttons and power. I could not end the call, she had to hang up.
How can I fix this??
You ended up making a call because you were holding two or more buttons down simultaneously. That is not how you Force Restart your iPhone. See below:

I had to hold it longer than 20 seconds. It took forever to turn off. I never was given an option to slide it off. Just turned black.
Thank you so much, I've never had to force restart my phone. Only using he volume button and power off to turn off. First for everything.
