New iPhone user

I have got my Apple ID working fine. It lets me log on with the phone and desktop.

I am trying to get started with the Apps. It keeps on asking for my iTunes password or my Apple ID password. I put this in and it won't accept it. I changed the password again so I know its right and still not accepting. I can't download any Apps.

Help please.
