I just bought the new iPad Pro and it wont allow me to download procreate, l am able to download all other apps but for some reason procreate wont download is this a problem with my iPad or the app? And is there something can do to download it?

It does appear to be compatible with the iPad Pro M1: Procreate on the App Store
Do you get any sort of alert when you try to download it? See if any of these steps help: If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
